Star Flyer Clipper

This is the Star Flyer cruise ship anchored in the harbor off Gustavia in St. Barts. It’s a beautiful sailing ship and I had the good fortune to be on the maiden voyage with a group of travel industry people as it sailed out of Miami, Florida and around the Bahamas for a weekend. Then months later as my wife and I were vacationing in St. Barts in the French West Indies the ship showed up in the harbor in the afternoon. We were staying at the Carl Gustaf and had a great view so I shot this from our balcony as the sun set. Used a Nikon F4 and Fuji film and scanned with a Nikon Coolscan 9000.
